About iperf for TV - iperf3 measure

This app is the iperf2 and iperf3 tools which is ported to Android device TV.

iPerf3 is a tool for active measurements of the maximum achievable bandwidth on IP networks. It supports tuning of different parameters related to timing, buffers and protocols (TCP, UDP, SCTP with IPv4 and IPv6). For every try it reports the bandwidth, loss, and other parameters.
